Simon has more than 30 years experience in Rail, Police, IT Manufacturing, Telecoms, Health, Education & Banking in the UK & Internationally. He also has experience of programme delivery across EMEA, APJ and USA.

His focus is on delivery of high value, integrated capital investment programmes, fast track transformations, recovery & multi-national projects, change management & supply chain procurement.

His rail specific experience includes:

• TOC IT systems – complete (back office & front office) including Oracle Cloud Payroll / HR & Finance
• Mobile Smart Devices – EMM & deployment of full smart device platform for all staff in TOC’s
• Core communication LAN/WAN, DCIS, PIS, Smart ticketing
• Rail / Track side communications / connectivity
• On-board – operational / passenger facing
