Since qualifying as a Quantity Surveyor, Rachel has built a strong body of on-site experience in Infrastructure / Construction and grown her expertise into the role she currently plays – Commercial Manager.

From 2007, Rachel has worked on a mix of medium / major projects including South East Network rail stations (80) and depots (2), the Kings Cross Station Redevelopment Project and the new Crossrail depot at Old Oak Common.

Taking a collaborative approach, she works with team members, consultants, designers and contractors to deliver the clients’ objectives, at best value. As part of the TenBroekeCo advisory team at Old Oak Common, Rachel’s work has encompassed Specialist Contractor contract management and project management, technical design reviews and liaison with the maintenance and operations teams to ensure designs meet their requirements, design package validation and assurance and final compilation of documentation.  

Rachel brings a particular mix of QS and project management skills and vision to her work as a Commercial Manager, believing that an integrated, collaborative approach will deliver the best result for the investors, employees and customers of an infrastructure asset.
